Our powerlifting training program is offered year round and open to all athletes. Male and female athletes will learn important exercises in improving balance, flexibility, cardiovascular health, and of course building muscle with weight training. We will also talk about healthy eating routines, portion control, food groups, cooking tips and more.
All interested athletes are encouraged to join us on Saturday mornings at Fortitude Fitness. Before attending your first session, contact Coach Lisa Simmerman.
The official Powerlifting season starts in August and goes until November. Competition takes place during the Fall Sports season with optional competitions throughout the year.
Last year we went all the way to States! We want you there with us next year!
