Honoring Black Community Leaders

For Black History Month, we asked Special Olympics Florida athletes to tell us about the Black leaders, mentors, and family members who inspired them. Josh chose his pastor, John Galloway

I chose my pastor, John Galloway, because although he is young like me, he is inspiring and has a lot of knowledge and wisdom and teaches it in a way I can understand and relate. It shows when you apply yourself, you can achieve great things and inspire others to reach their potential. He has a heart for people and doesn't just say it but lives it out.
