Race for Inclusion: Gainesville

Thanks to everyone who made the 2022 Gainesville Race for Inclusion such a tremendous success!

On December 3, more than 600 participants and 52 teams came to the University of Florida to support the athletes of Special Olympics Florida and help build communities where all people are treated with dignity and respect.

We’d like to offer a special thanks to the Special Olympics Club at UF, which was instrumental in generating support for the event. Before the race, the SO Club received its Unified Champion Schools National Banner, a recognition of its amazing work on behalf of Special Olympics Florida. We’re also incredibly grateful to our sponsors -- Publix, Accenture, Bank of America and First Coast Honda Dealers.

There are two Race for Inclusion events left – On December 8 in Miami and December 10 in Jacksonville.
