Prepare to Take the Plunge

Special Olympics Florida Athlete Leader Monica Hernandez appeared on WESH 2 in Orlando this week to discuss the Polar Plunge (February 8 at Aquatica Orlando).

Monica is a Health Ambassador and a Global Messenger and has been very active in promoting the Polar Plunge. You can watch her appearance here. This year, we are celebrating the 15^th anniversary of the Polar Plunge Orlando. We’ll have a second Polar Plunge in Tampa on March 15.
