Jr. NBA Special Olympics Day Clinic, a free 45-minute virtual session to our athletes and coaches on Zoom. Every third Thursday of each month from 1:00-1:45 p.m. ET.

Couch to 5k - a nine-week training program that transitions between walking/running with
increasing distances and running intervals as the weeks progress, designed for athletes
and partners who are interested in being able to complete a 5k race by the end of the program. Participants can use the free MoveSpring app
